Help on a name be honest!

Hi ladies I'm not sure if this baby is boy or girl yet but really want some opinions on the name me and hubby like....
We've already got 2 boys Oliver and Jacob
We are considering Kit for our third if its another boy. Opinions please...

I think Kit is lovely and I know names don't have to 'go' with your older boys names but I really think Kit does fit well!
What are you thinking for a girl?

I think it's nice but all the Kits I know are short for Christopher.

It would be for a boy if we were to use it. I love peoples opinions as I worry if it goes with my 2 eldest boys names. I would use it as a name on it's own so not short for anything

I really don't like it on its own especially as you're older two have 'proper' names.

I quite like it, but think I would have it as short for Christopher. Olly, Jake and Kit go nicely together.

Yeah I don’t think it goes nicely with your other children’s names, which are good, strong, traditional names. I’d use it as a nickname and give him an actual proper name to have as well.

I like the name Kit. It's only not in our list because I don't want people to think we named our child after Kit Harrington from Game of Thrones as dh is a GoT fan.

I was tempted to use it but then GOT became really popular plus Colleen Rooney named her kid it so quickly went off it!

I don't like it. I think your over boys have lovely names. Kit is a bit more 'out there' and doesn't really go. But at the end of the day if you like it, go for it.

Wayne & Colleen Rooney have a son called Kit.
It's ok as a nn for Christopher but a bit too trendy otherwise.

I think it's great and goes really well with the other names. I especially like the abbreviations a previous poster suggested.
