Just what the title says really woke up this morning with it manages to get to pharmacy but can only take paracetamol anyone have any home remedies to help apart from rest and plenty of fluids feel absolutely shocking and worried about it effecting baby

Really feel for you, I had something similar at 8 weeks and it was grim. I found lemon, honey and ginger in hot water helped a little and the odd Coca Cola (which I don’t usually drink, so it perked me right up!). Lots of rest if you can too. I hope it passes quickly for you.
