Ive heard spinning babies mentioned a few times on here and in my first pregnancy. Baby was head down and stayed that way though so I never looked into it last time.
This time I'm 31 weeks and baby is lying transverse so just looked into it, and the only thing I can see online is an American website charging ~$20 for an online video.
Is this what spinning babies actually is? Help!
