Hello Smile ,

I'm just wondering if I could get some advice!! I'm 17weeks (nearly 18 weeks) pregnant and I'm REALLY struggling ... I'm constantly tired, I switched on to nights at work (I'm a carer) and more often than not the nights are easier than the days because he's not as in yah face, the guy I work with can be quiet demanding he's very hard work at times and I'm finding that I'm really not enjoying my work any more due to being tired and grumpy!! I was thinking of getting a new job before I found out I was pregnant and now feel a little trapped in this job!

What can I do to try combat my hormones/ tiredness I don't want to loose my job because I'm really grumpy / hormonal and tired... (I'm tired regardless of the work hours!?)

Can yah give some tips on how I can stay alert and not nodding off!?

TIA Grin

Do your managers know you are pregnant ? Can they offer day shifts or reduced night shifts

nemsrads · 26/09/2019 05:22

Yeah they know, I asked to go on night because as a whole they are easier... just need advise how to cope when on nights like this when I'm struggling a bit :)

They helped me can only speak form experience, I loved reading but that had the opposite impact and sent me to 😴 sleep. Get lots of fresh air breaks to

nemsrads · 26/09/2019 05:54

They didn't seem to be making me feel any different that's why I stopped taking them, but I'll try again! Yeah I will try that I have to pee every 10 mins which helps a bit... think the man I am working with was being extra hard work last night making me feel like I couldn't handle it!
