Baby movements?

Hi I'm 28 weeks pregnant with third baby!
Felt first movements very early on on this pregnancy and she has had regular predictable kicks from around 23/24 weeks!
Past three days I've noticed the movements have definitely changed! Baby is still loving however somehow they don't feel as powerful, they only way I can explain them is like as if I'm laid on her or trapping her and the movements are gentle as if to say get off your squashing me!
I'm still having the odd movement same as before and I am not worried enough to phone triage but just wondered has she just got a new pattern? Are they possibly hiccups? My last baby before is 12yo so I can't remember the licks and pregnancy!
I also had icp in both other pregnancies (not diagnosed yet this pregnancy) which I think is why I'm possibly worrying/noticing more

Please just call your midwife or go in to get checked monitored, any change or reduced movement needs to be checked. Im sure it is nothing but no harm in putting your mind at rest x

If in doubt get checked out

Something they recommend is to drink a glass of orange juice and lie on your side. You should feel 10 kicks in 2 hours. If the kicks feel nice and strong, that should be reassuring.

Hiccups are rhythmic so if it's that you'll notice the same movement every X seconds in exactly the same place.
