OMG please help!! I’m bad enough throughout the day feeling like a zombie with waves of nausea but it’s worse when I go to sleep because I keep waking up wretching! I’ve tried ginger tea, not eating near bed time, having the window open etc the only thing I haven’t tried is travel sickness/sea bands which I’m going to try tonight. Could taking my folic acid before bed be adding to it?

Well morning sickness is a mis-nomer because it is usually anytime.
But if it’s really bad, see your doctor as you might have hyperemesis which is just a fancy name for severe morning sickness. But anyway, there are prescription drugs that can help.
