7 weeks pregnant

7 weeks today. Off work with banging head and nausea/sickness. Paracetamol just not doing anything (when I can keep them down). Also have the heightened sense of smell, mood swings and constantly tired.
Is this normal at seven weeks to just want to lie on the sofa and do nothing? I hope this passes soon! Feel useless.

It's normal. Sorry. For most people it wears off after the first trimester.

Totally normally, I'm 11+3 and had to have my first day off work of whole pregnancy so far today with a banging headache and nausea. Mines been on and off for first trimester so far but you just have to listen to your body, rest if you need to even though like you I feel useless!
