For a good few days now I've been having period pains but today they feel a lot stronger I'm 30 weeks 2 days pregnant

Would be worth giving your midwife a call and get it checked out Smile

I agree best to get checked.
Ive had period pain through my pregnancy im now 33wks and mine was ligament pain ive had mild & bad mine is mainly lower bump & my left side but does feel like bad peri pain.

Hey thank you both I called my midwife and going to get checked out as pains haven't got any better all day

I got my BFP yesterday which we are so excited about, this afternoon I have found myself feeling really lightheaded and dizzy. Is this normal? Im at work and I don't want anyone knowing just yet but I do feel really odd. Thanks

Yes can be normal as body is changing
