Grease taste in mount and intense itching

I'm 25 weeks now I seem to of suffered every bloody thing going so far with this pregnancy. What can I do to stop this itching it is all over my body my head is so itchy everywhere is. The worst thing also is the taste of oil/grease in my mouth what on earth is this? It's there constantly. Confused
