I am going to gp Monday to get it diagnosed however I know it’s definitely a prolapse as I have had a minor one years before. I have had 3 children all born naturally and now due my 4th I am 22 weeks pregnant and have noticed this prolapse for the past 5 days it feels like it’s “hanging out” but it’s not however I can see it when I’ve looked in the mirror and defiantly should not be there the only reason I am concerned is because it’s causing me soo soo much pain and discomfort! I feel horrible when I walk or sit down it’s painful to wear underwear and trousers! I am struggling to wee compared to last week also very constipated, any tips on pain relief and discomfort relief and advice on your personal experiences with the rest of pregnancy and childbirth??

You need to seek medical advice asap - a prolapse in pregnancy can be life threatening for you and your baby at the point that you go into labour
