Itchy nose/sneezing

Anyone else suffering with a really itchy nose and none stop sneezing. It's driving me crazy. Can anyone recommend something to take I'm 10 weeks pregnant.

Yes, i had that and it just got worse to the point u could hardly breath for all the sniffing and sneezing.

You can get saline washes for nose. (Sterimar is one brand) But you can't use any of the normal decongestants.

Phone your midwife and ask for advice is the best thing. If it gets really bad look me for me i now have a spray..Beconase which the doctor prescribes you. Don't just go and get it and try to vote as long as possible. I just couldn't sleep or manage at wheel with the amount of congestion i had. (I tend to get very congested normally with colds, more so than most).

I've had what feels like a sinus infection for weeks and the Midwife suggested steaming over hot water. It does alleviate it slightly but wish I could take something for it.
