I fully admit that with my pregnancy with DS I was a complete jammy sod and didn't get any morning sickness.

I'm now nearly 12 weeks with my second and keep getting random bouts of nausea. It's not really 'morning sickness' as such as it strikes at any point in the day, and usually coincides or is brought on by feeling tired or being hungry.

Has anyone else had this? One very easy pregnancy and one a lot more troublesome? How did the troublesome one progress?

Yep completely normal.

It's not even 'morning' sickness for me really, it happens all day and night.

I didn’t experience any symptoms with my first but with other pregnancies I had achy boobs and dizzy spells. This time around it’s like I have a constant hangover! Varies so much!

Completely normal, morning sickness is neither confined to the morning, or to actually being sick!
It's common for it to be worse on an empty stomach, so carry some crackers or similar with you to try and eat a little something every hour, it really does help
