Pregnancy vitamins and diarrhoea!

I took one of these today as think I’m pregnant, oh my word I have had the most awful diarrhoea this afternoon! Surely it’s connected? I very rarely get diarrhoea and haven’t eaten much today. Bit scared to take another tomorrow!

Just came across your post and even though its a few months later thought I would reply! I've been waking up in the morning with cramps followed by diarrhoea every day for the last few weeks - only just twigged that I take my pregnancy vitamin before bed - that exact Mum To Be one from Lloyds actually. I will mention it at my first midwife appointment in a week or so and hope that there's nothing to worry about in the meantime! Did yours settle down? Xxx
