I have a dodgy digestive system anyway due to severe bowel endometriosis but I’ve noticed it getting worse. I often have a lump in my throat after I’ve eaten, like painful nausea...
Last night I had such a tummy ache I didn’t have any dinner just some plain rice but was starving again before bed but didn’t want to risk stomach ache coming back on.
Does anyone have any advice on how to look after your tummy?? I do eat well but wonder if I’m
eating too much as always thinking “baby needs food” and my stomach just cannot handle it all. X

Lots of small meals OP! Lump in your throat might be silent reflux (like heartburn but without the burning sensation).
