Has anyone else had this? Just had a 32 week scan where they've identified it. Nothing to worry about just a bit unusual apparently. I should have asked more questions when I was there but felt like I was going to simultaneously pass out/vomit from lying on my back for the scan 😂 So jumped online, a lot of things saying it most likely meant there was a twin that didn't survive the early part of pregnancy.
Has anyone else had this and what was the reason for it?

It can also mean fraternal twins but one was an empty sac - some teaching hospitals do offer an examination of twin placentas so might be worthwhile asking for one
