Hello for a few days I've been having quite strong braxton hicks and going to the poo a lot more sorry for tmi but they don't seem to go it's quite constant I'm nearly 30 weeks will be on Saturday is this normal my last pregnancy was 7 years ago and can not remember what it was like xx

Can be totally normal. I have periods of strong BH that come and go for an hour or so and then they die off and come back later.
I've also found I've had a lot looser stools over the past few days as well.
I think it's more watching out for them becoming painful and more of a pattern.
If you are concerned about it being early labour or anything then give your midwife a call to share your concerns. I am sure they will able to help and if nothing else settle your mind.

I'm not worried about it being early labour I really don't think it's that at all I just don't member having these pains before but it was a long time ago but I'm glad I'm not the only one thank you for replying to me xx

Braxton Hicks can be much stronger in second and subsequent pregnancies. I didn't notice them first time and have had to have a sit down with some during second pregnancy.
As for the digestive issues, I think that's normal too - I think by 30 weeks you're running low on space in there and everything gets a bit upset!
