Since I've been pregnant my diet has been absolutely awful. I used to eat really healthy plant based diet loads of fruit, veg, nuts etc and since being pregnant (I'm 18 weeks now) I haven't been able to stomach most of the stuff I used to eat I've especially gone off veg! Now all I want to eat is plain food like chips, crisps, pizza and drink fizzy pop!! Yesterday I had 3 cans of fizzy pop, a whole pizza and a cheese sandwich. How can I start eating better when even the though of vegetables is making me want to vom
is anyone else struggling to eat healthy? I feel so guilty but I guess it's better than not eating or at least that's what I'm telling myself to feel better
