Post Nasal Drip

I’m hoping someone might be able to help, I am 7 weeks pregnant and REALLY struggling with Post Nasal Drip.
I’ve tried sweets, menthol sweets, steam, hot water etc etc and nothing seems to help.
If I don’t get rid of it at least 4-5 times a day, it ends up with me having really bad heart burn and throwing up.
What can I do? Any suggestions appreciated.

Watching with interest as I'm exactly the same. I've been trying to drink more water to 'dilute' it a bit but haven't noticed a hige difference.
