I am wondering if anyone else has had experience with Aniball. I started using it last night and am finding the exercises very difficult. It is making me really stressed and worried about the birth as I appear to have no ability to do it.
When it says exhale and tighten pelvic floor and you should feel the balloon moving deeper inside you- the balloon doesn’t move and when it says relax your pelvic floor muscles the balloon doesn’t move. It’s only if I consciously expel the ballon with my pelvic floor muscles that it moves.
Also the guide says that you shouldn’t use your abdominal muscles, you should just relax your pelvic floor muscles to expel the balloon. If I just relax my pelvic floor muscles, literally nothing happens.
Any advice much appreciated!
