hi all,

I guess it stands to reason its probably okay as I actually cant find anything relating to anything specific about bbq smoke but is it okay in pregnancy. I was probs only sat anywhere near it for about 5 mins if that. not sure if it's a bit hysterical to even be worrying about this but as a worrier is it an issue to be at a bbq!?

thanks x

If the smoke from open grill / bbq/ tava cooking harmed pregnancies then India wouldn’t have the birth rate it does. Don’t worry and enjoy your pregnancy!

thank you - I wasnt sure if I was being a bit panicky even by my standards but there seems to be so many things to watch out for in pregnancy x

If you worry about every little thing, you’ll drive yourself insane.
I didn’t know I was pregnant with my first until I was 4 months. I smoked and drank until 3am every weekend until I found out. DD arrived and is happy and healthy, 10 fingers, 10 toes.
So I wouldn’t worry about a bbq one bit
