Coffee - bleugh!

I haven't had any food cravings so far, but in the last couple of days I've completely gone off coffee - to the point where even the smell of it makes me feel a bit nauseous.

I've just bought loads of decaf after finding out I was pregnant as well!

I don't particularly fancy red meat anymore either - chicken and fish are fine though.

Has anyone else had this?

The smell of peoples coffee breath on the train on the morning commute is never pleasant (and it always baffles me how unaware some coffee drinkers can be of this) but I honestly threw up a few times because of this in the first trimester. I'm not a coffee drinker but even now the smell of it reminds me of that Envy

I used to love black pepper but I took a total aversion to it with my first pregnancy and I have hated it even since (that was 10 years ago!)

Big coffee drinker here. Usually 4/5 cups a day, always get a costa when out shopping etc. Gone off it completely since around 4/5 weeks. Even the thought of it now makes me feel a bit ill even now my sickness has pretty much gone. Really hoping I start to like it again in time for Costa’s Christmas/winter menu comes out Grin
