I take my pregnacare of a night time and there's been several times I've forgotten it due to falling asleep. The next day I feel awful and sooooo exhausted!!! Anyone else??

I was the same in my second pregnancy. I don't know if it was the placebo effect or not but if I forgot it then my morning sickness and exhaustion felt x10 the following day. Hope you feel better soon

Pregnacare made me feel awful so I stopped taking it. As someone pointed out on another thread, if you’re eating properly you’ll be getting all your vitamins etc, all you’re really buying are pills for making expensive pee!

Still advised to supplement folic acid and vitamin D even if you take no others

@passionfruit11 ah glad to know it's not just me!!! Strange isn't it but shows how much they're doing for us x

I have my box by the microwave and take it with dinner to remind me

If I do it after I get fishy burps 😷

Was told not to take multi vits, just a vit D. So wouldn't worry
