So I think I’m slowly starting to feel better and getting over the only being able to eat carbs/take away foods. Please hit me with your healthy snack ideas (also needing some fibre in my diet too Blush ) cheesy mash, chicken nuggets and monster munch just won’t cut it any more Hmm

an orange and soy nuts
plain airpopped popcorn with Parmesan sprinkled on top
baby carrots and hummus
peanut butter and apple slices
plain yogurt and flax seed

all of them contain fibre and are good for you x

Someone recommended chia seeds to sprinkle on your cereal - apparently they’re very good for the baby’s brain development!

If you like crisp. Get wraps. Put some olive oil on them an salt and pepper. Only a little. Cut them into triangles and put them in the oven for 5 mins. They go like Doritos an get some healthy dip. Nice little snack! X
