Hi Ladies

Looking for some reassurance

I’m 12 weeks today and over the past few days my pregnancy sickness has just stopped I feel much better ! My boobs are still a bit sore. I have cramping but I am a little constipated so thinking it could be that? It’s pretty much constant cramps. Iv had two early scans which showed a healthy baby the last one was when I was 8+5

I had a miscarriage in May so I’m so nervous.. my scan with the nhs isn’t until next Thursday

Please tell me I’m worrying for nothing???? Thank you!!! Xxx

At 12 weeks your placenta will have kicked in and therefore your body does not have to produce these horrid hormones that make you sick so it is natural that those first trimester symptoms will wear off.

I've had lots of twinges, cramps, fart pains, pooh pains, you name it. If they're mild it's usually fine, you should get checked out if they're more severe x

And constipation and pooh pains have been an issue for me this pregnancy

Hey jumping on this thread if that's ok x

I'm 4weeks 5days and been haVing AF type cramps a couple of times a day... @rubyroot is this the kind of thing you had? First pregnancy so no idea how it should feel 😬

My pains were worse than that and different. But period type cramps are normal as long as not severe.

I had a missed miscarriage where the only symptom was my pregnancy symptoms disappearing however they suddenly disappeared at 9 weeks, not 12. It’s pretty normal for symptoms to fluctuate day to day and also for nausea to disappear as the first trimester ends. I had no cramps or bleeding with either of my missed miscarriages fwiw, just found out at the scan.

Light cramps are a really normal part of pregnancy. Either gas pains or stretching pains, usually feel like period pains.

Hey everyone, so I am currently 5+3 weeks and have had the worst sharp cramping and aching pains in my left side for a week, its towards my back and its horrific, everyone says just stretching pains but it's on one side I cant lay on it, and when sitting down have to sit toward my right side as it hurts l. Is this normal?
