I am 36+3, baby is breech and just over the 100th centile....based on scan this week he should be over 9lbs full term.
I'm debating whether to try the ecv, dd1 was a difficult birth - 30 hours, forceps, pph and a 3b tear.
So I worry ECV will lead to a cascade of interventions ending in emergency c-section...
Maybe I'd be better to sit it out to 39 weeks and see if he turns himself, and if not have a planned section.
