Morning sickness acupuncture bands?

Has anyone tried the acupuncture bands you can get to relieve sickness symptoms? Did they work for you?
I’m 8+1 and desperate to try anything that might help ☹️

I've tried using the smaller kid sized ones and the adult ones and neither helped me, but why not give it a go? Anything to help with the nausea! I feel your pain x

I used them the first time, pretty sure they did nothing, except give the game away to eagle eyed colleagues at work.
That said, I’m thinking of getting them out again now and trying again with them. Willing to try anything!! 7+6 and feeling absolutely terrible. Just want to cry!!
Maybe they will help work as a placebo affect...?

They did nothing for me. Sucking on boiled sweets helped though

They did naff all here, I tried both pregnancies! But worth a go, they aren’t expensive!

Sorry nothing for me either times. Second pregnancy I ended up in hospital as had hyperemesis.

First pregnancy all I did was sip lemonade which made me burp instead of throwing up and ate salt and vinegar crisps - they kept me alive and lots of sleep. Apparently eating helps keep sickness at bay but sometimes I know you just can't stomach it.

I used them, they did make my sickness be more mild diddnt take it away but did help.

They’re helping me so far 13weeks in but I don’t have hg this time either.. bugger all helped that.
