I unfortunately had a miscarriage at 13 weeks and opted to have the surgery to have the pregnancy removed. They told me after the surgery that I would have to do another pregnancy test three weeks after to make sure everything had been removed properly. It's three weeks after today and I've just done two pregnancy tests and both have come back positive. Am still bleeding but thought that could last up to 4 weeks so haven't been concerned over that. The whole experience was heart breaking enough but now am concerned am gunna have to go through the op again because it's not all be removed. I called the hospital up and they just said that I had to do another pregnancy test at the end of the week and if that comes back pregnant I have to go back in.. they never give me any other information then that. Really don't have to have to go through it again it's been such an emotionally painful experience I want to move forward. Has anyone been in my position before that has some advice? Do the positive pregnancy tests mean I'll have to have the surgery done again?
