I had my nexaplanon implant taken out july 26th, did a pregnancy test on the 18th of August and it was a really faint positive, I got 5 faints after that, including the day before I started bleeding (29th of August) I bled for about 4 days.
However I still feel pregnant, nausea, extreeeme tiredness, boobs have doubled in size, still getting left cramps, hungry all the time, all the same things as my two other pregnancies.
Iv not tested since the bleeding started.

Is there any chance I could still be pregnant and bled from my body getting used to been with out the implant? Or am I just clutching at straws?

The bleed could well have been an implantation bleed or just a bleed which is pretty common and perfectly normal in early pregnancy.

I would take another test as nothing from what you have written suggests you are not pregnant.
