Miscarriage

We have just found out 2 days ago we are currently going through a Threatened miscarriage and will most likely loose the baby. I'm only 5+4 so very early but still very upsetting as we planned this one.
Anyway Is it unreasonable to expect the other half to get up with the toddler or am I just milking it? I have got a lot of cramps and feel a bit sick x

Hi, I am so very sorry you are going through this. Mother Nature can be very cruel.
No not at all, right now you need to be kind to yourself and do what ever makes you comfortable. I lost a baby last year at 11 weeks and so I know what you are going through. Aside from the physical pain, emotionally the last thing you probably need is to paint on a smile and go out while you are miscarrying. I remember having to go to a Drs appt for DS and I just felt angry with everyone (I don’t know why). It’s a rollercoaster of emotions for both of you but I think you need to rest up, let DH take little one and take care of yourself xxxxx
