Hi ladies new to the page so hope doing this ok. Looking for some support/ advice/ positive stories. I'm currently 10 weeks pregnant with twins via IVF but I have been bleeding heavily since week 7. Bright red and filling pads and constant. There is nothing they can see on scan and I had an internal yesterday which showed nothing. I am at breaking point and terrified I'm going to loose my babies. We lost our baby boy at 22 weeks in April of this year due to incompetent cervix. I am due to have a stitch at 14 weeks if babies hold in there. They have no explanation and babies are growing well on scan. Has anyone had similar and babies survive? When did the bleeding stop? Many thanks xxx

Hey, I don’t have any experience in this or can offer any advice but the fact you have scans and they can’t find anything wrong is really good news. Maybe as it’s twins it’s extra pressure/stretching causing the bleed... one baby is a big change to the body never mind 2.
I had a bleed (bright red and a lot) at 11 weeks... scan found nothing wrong in womb or with baby so sonographer said it was more than likely my cervix being sensitive
Hope all goes well for you x

Thankyou so much for reply. We're finding it just so hard with the constant worry and bleeding. Just need to keep hoping and inching day by day xx
