I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and feel like I have a constant hangover for the past few weeks. I've started feeling sick over the last couple of days usually comes around now and then again around tea time, at the minute I'm never sick just feel like I could be. Is anybody else the same? I turned down a chocolate cheesecake last night cause I felt so bad and that's not like me to turn chocolate down 🙈 x

Yep! 😥 8 weeks here and feeling awful for two weeks but hadn't actually been throwing up, until yesterday at work !

I make dinner and it disgust me while I'm making it . It's the food aversion that's killing me, I just dont enjoy eating at the moment at all, instead I'm forcing it down! Confused

My nausea started at about 6 weeks and then I went off all food. Think I ate cheddar cheese sandwiches, fruit and lime pickle (not all together!) until about 18 weeks. Hope yours doesn't last as long! I found orange Tango really helped with the nausea. Something about burping haha.

Congratulations!

Oh and make sure you take your prenatals but otherwise just eat what you can and don't worry too much. Anything is better than nothing and for most women it does get better!

Yup. 7 and a half weeks and it's exactly like a hangover (without the fun). Tired, headaches, thirsty, and a sick feeling (without being sick). Had the smug knocked right out of me as I had none of this with my DS and assumed this would be the same!

@secretllama yes I'm the same too with food don't feel like eating but forcing it down cause feel like I need to eat something.

@CustardCreamLover been taking my vitamins everyday and been drinking quite a lot of fizzy water, that seems to ease it slightly. Sometimes I feel like if I was actually sick I would feel slightly better x
