Good morning everyone!

I had a belly wrap after my first pregnancy and I believe it helped a lot with my recovery. Issue is that I’ve lost it and amazon does not sell the same product anymore.

So I’m looking for some alternative options - please only recommend based on own experience!

Thank you!

Hi, I don't have any recommendations but am keen to look at a belly wrap post pregnancy. I was just interested to see how you thought it helped with recovery specifically?
I've heard good things about belly bandit but I don't know if that's just because it's a big brand.

Purchased a couple of years ago: M&S do a great pair of body con knickers with a REALLY high waist, pulled everything in and helped me feel supported.. X

just had a quick look. They don't do the same ones but here's a link to something similar.

@maybenextmonth
I clearly don’t know what my body would have been like without the wrap, however.. I feel that it helped with support and with tying back the abs. I was back to a flat belly in a very short period of time and I don’t think it would have been possible without it. But again, I have no proof that my body wouldn’t have recovered this way anyway.. Confused
