I’m 32 weeks now and for the last week or so I’ve been experiencing lightning crotch which I haven’t had since the early stages of pregnancy. I’ve sharp shooting pains at the very bottom of my bump and the last few have really taken my breath away and made me stop what I’m doing. I dont remember this in my last pregnancy. Does anybody else get this? Is there anything to avoid doing to not get it?

Sounds a bit like ligament pain but i get pain at my sides and the bottom of my bump, pain down below i get that think its just our growing bumps. A pregnancy band will help ease the pain.

I had this, it's pelvic girdle pain. Like an electric shock on nerves in your pelvis.
A pregnancy belt will help, there are excersizes to. Do not walk through the pain. Use a carrier bag in car to get out. Legs together for sitting etc, and when getting dressed sit down
