Pressure pain

Hi guys was wondering if anyone has had anything similar I’m 23+2 and woke with a pressure on the centre on my knicker line under my belly it’s not exactly sore but not comfy either
I’ve no blood or waters coming or anything crazy otherwise
I’ve had the stretching pains in the last few weeks but this has lasted all day
I’m a worrying First time mum so any help would be great thank you

Im first time pregnant too (35 weeks) and had all sorts of wierd shooting pains, (my fave I think was reading up on lightening crotch) random then they go and never come back. Your body is changing massively it’s all normal
