Hi. I’m probably being a worrier I’m 13 weeks + 1 days and I’ve just ate 1 cheese and onion roll? Like sausage rolls but cheese and onion instead. It was cold, says on the back mature cheddar cheeses and medium soft cheese ! I’ll be ok won’t I?

First pregnancy and worrying about everything! Blush

Yes it’s fine. The cheese will be pasteurised.

Even if the cheese weren’t pasteurised it would be fine under nhs guidance as cheddar is a hard cheese.

Cheese and onion rolls are fine. Begging overly anxious is more harmful so just relax Arbor what you're eating. Maybe keep away from burger vans and check environmental ratings for take aways or similar.

But all that advice about what to eat/not to eat to me just causes people stupid amounts of pointless anxiety probably over nothing when it chances probably every year anyway.

It's fine. Please have a look at the NHS guidance to put your mind at rest.
