Still bleeding bright blood day 8/9

Is this normal?
Also small clots are still being passed...
Had a straight forward vaginal (induced) birth with second degree tears.
No pain down there at all anymore though.

Are you 8-9 day after giving birth? If so please speak to doc or midwife. Mine didn't believe me even when I had a huge bleed 4 weeks after birth and got rushed to a&e. It was 3 months after birth my go forces the gynaecologist at the hospital to see me and she said "I don't know why you are here" then removed a chuck of placenta!!! Suddenly I was rushed into theatre!

So if you feel something isn't right then please say xx
