2nd pregnancy no symptoms!!!

Hi this may sound odd, I'm almost 6 weeks but have a 2.5 year old. With my first I was so sick I couldn't hold down water, I felt hungover. I couldn't get out of bed some days from about 5 weeks -20! This time I don't even feel pregnant other than sore nipples. I've had some brown spotting for 3 days on wiping and cramps. Had a scan last Friday a sac and part of a yolk (yolk was to small to clarify) I've got another scan booked next Friday. Is the lack of symptoms differing normal? And the spotting anyone had this and been fine? No horror stories I'm already secretly whittling. Thank you. X

Symptoms totally vary all I had pregnant was sore boobs and nipples x

6 weeks is still really early. Also plenty of people have no symptoms or very few so it's not impossible.

Is there a reason why you had such an early scan, it seems odd as they can hardly see anything at 5 weeks and surely it just makes you more anxious

Thank you for your reply's I had a early scan as I was spotting, had terrible cramps and shoulder tip pain that I didn't really know was a issue I just thought my ligaments had loosened. My last pregnancy wasn't very straight forward so the GP at my booking app decided it was best to get checked. X
