To have cold feet

I am 17 weeks pregnant, and all of a sudden, i feel like I have cold feet. I am nervous and cannot actually believe I am pregnant. I can’t believe this is happening. Everyone always makes it sound so difficult. I feel like I am nowhere fit to be a mother. What if I mess up? I was so excited for this a week ago. Now I cannot believe this is happening. Any expecting moms out there who feel the same way? Is this normal?

So normal. I went through it on and off with 2 of my pregnancies. It’s a major life change and I think doubt is normal! It didn’t affect bonding when they were born Flowers

No one can be a better mother for your child than you can. You don't have to know how to do everything straight away. You learn every day. It's a big life change so what you're feeling is completely normal. It doesn't mean you're no good! The people telling your it's hard are no help at all. Most things in life are hard! Doesn't mean you can't do it.
