I have everything almost ready as had all. Unisex for dd.. Everything in newborn sorted. All bedding towels etc. It's been in storage so needs a freshen.

Obvs of due in jan I don't want to be washing before Xmas. I also have a hectic Dec. Would mid Nov be OK?

I'm due in Jan and haven't even thought about it yet 🙈 With my older DC's, I've usually done the bag around 32-33 weeks, though had it sorted at 27 weeks for dc1 as I was impatient 😁 I remember washing the storage stuff at around 24 weeks last time as I brought it down from the attic to see what we had/needed. Won't be washing anything this time as I got rid of everything (this baby is a huge surprise) so will be all new.

I don't understand why you can't just wash it all now and put it away ready.

As for packing bags I will just pack the stuff I want for the hospital as I buy it and keep a list so I know what I still need. I will aim to have it finished by 35 weeks.

I am due start of December and I have started doing washing now - done the car seat and blankets today. I have so much to wash though and will probably only do one load each week so it will take me ages!

I plan on packing my hospital bag around the 30-32 week mark. I still have a few things to buy!

Should of said hoping to. Move house before so didn't want to wash yet as will need extra drawers at moment it's in plastic boxes.
But I guess I could wash and re box.

Only. Got pads to buy.. I live a 5 min walk from hospital so won't be taking loads as dh will come grab what we need if necessary
