Hi

I'm currently 19 weeks pregnant and my gp is still prescribing me 100mg of sertraline daily

Perfectly safe and wont harm your baby

Hope this helps

100mg sertraline through first pregnancy, all ok.
50mg through this pregnancy.

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and have lowered myself from 100mg to 75mg to now 50mg, I tried lowering it more but noticed a difference in my mood so went back up to 50mg. Consultant has no problem with it but seemed happier that I'd lowered the amount I'm taking.
