Hiccups

I am going to ask this at my midwife appt tomorrow just wondering if anyone is getting the same! I’m 37+4 days pregnant and my boy gets hiccups regularly! He’s a mover for sure. Some days I won’t notice any but last night before bed I did, this morning when I woke and then just now after eating! They only last 10-15 minutes. Does this seem normal? Xx

Congratulations!!

My DS had hiccups pretty much every day during my pregnancy and at 11 weeks old he still gets them regularly!! My midwife said some babies are just hicuppy babies but to keep an eye out if they become more frequent than they are now. Hope that helps x

Apparently when my mum was pregnant with me I had hiccups all the time.
I still get them all the time now.
So yes perfectly normal, my baby gets them occasionally.

My LO had them almost everyday. I was told it was normal. There's nothing wrong with her lungs now!

Absolutely normal! Both my DC had hiccups multiple times per day, and one of them usually gets them at least once a day even at 5yrs and 1yr! Weirdest feeling ever, but I miss it! Congrats OP Flowers

Yes totally normal, mine all had them multiple times a day and night throughout.

DS was a real hiccuper. I used to balance my cup of tea on my bump & it was like Jurassic Park Grin

Felt hiccups with all mine, and it was how I knew I was having twins! Before scans, hiccups in 2 different areas.
