false labour pains or just growth spert

hi, help ive woken the last 3 nites with really bad period like pains and hard belly worse early morning,iam 32+4 baby number 1 is it just a growth spurt??

Have you told your midwife about this? I would wonder wether they are Braxton Hicks though.
