Advice on gestational diabetes

Advice on what helped lower your sugar levels,what your readings were. Ive never had this during pregnancy before so im a bit upset/scared just now.

Low carb, low sugar, lots of veggies and protein. It can be managed by diet but also by medication if needed. Good luck.
