I’m not totally fed up being pregnant so I don’t mind going a bit over due, but I really want to avoid an induction.

When will they make (ok they can’t force, but when would they strongly advise) me to be induced?

Also, any other tips for getting things going naturally? So far I plan...

Sex (poor DH!)
Clary sage oil bath
Nipple tweaking (maybe even pumping?)
Long walks
Bouncing on my Swiss ball
Spicy food

Anything I’m missing?

Thanks!!

For me (two babies previously, born at 38 and 39 weeks exactly) what started things off was evening primrose oil capsules and eating a tonne of pineapple. The evening primrose I just took orally but I think you can put them up your foof if you are so inclined! Both labours started the day after I ate loads of pineapple though. First time it was a coincidence so I did it deliberately the second time!

To go the park and play on the swings followed by curry for tea, result!
