Getting crampy

I'm currently 29+5 and all day been having period cramps on and off. Some can be quite painful other just annoying. I'm not passing much water and my nausea has been quire bad today too.

Has anyone else had this before or any suggestions on what to do. Bubba is still moving and kicking me in the ribs and I dont think it's anything too serious if not at all but just dont remember being like this with my son.

Ring the 24 hour in the front of your notes and explain what’s happening. You may have a uti which untreated can cause preterm labour.

Call your midwife ASAP. Could be a UTI or contractions. You need to go in and be checked over.

I was thinking I may have fo call them. Once my son is settled and everyone is fed I think I mat have to. I'm not overly worried just these pains catch me by surprise every now and then.

Pregnancy.....the parts they forget to tell you about

Ring them now. You can’t afford to wait.

MustardScreams · 03/09/2019 20:10

Yeah you need to phone now. It’s probably absolutely nothing to worry about, but if you’ve been having pains all day you really need to get checked out now. Don’t fuck about.

Feelingsolow12345 · 03/09/2019 20:18

Been trying to call them and either engaged or not answering. Ugh!!

Could you try and call 111?

Feelingsolow12345 · 03/09/2019 22:23

Finally got through and they told me to rest up and have a bath. If I'm still getting them on and off or they get more painful to call back up and they will see me. They think it's nothing to worry about.
With my son he badly bruised my bladder and couldn't pass water, they think this bubba is doing the same.

That’s really quite spectacularly bad advice. I would be going in anyway. Not passing urine and pain isn’t going to go away with a bath.

Feelingsolow12345 · 03/09/2019 23:49

I think it's because bubba is still moving.

What happened? Is everything alright?
