Hi all. My daughter is 16 weeks pregnant for the first time... I swore by pregnancy and birth magazine when I had my two girls.... does anyone have any old ones I can collect for her to read please.

Hi there OP. We're sure someone will be along soon with copies of the magazine to pass on - you could always try online selling sites as they can be a good place to pick up old magazines?

Best of luck to your DD with her pregnancy.

I haven’t used any pregnancy magazines and would be wary of using old ones as some of the previous advice is no longer correct such as not being able to eat runny eggs etc. I found the baby centre app articles have been really useful so may be worth looking and seeing what she thinks.

Or looking at pregnancy books. I use what to expect when your expecting and that’s been very informative

Good point about guidelines changing, @EscapeTheOrdinary - it's a good idea to check the NHS website here for up to date information @Debsydebs

You could also direct your DD here where she can sign up for Mumsnet pregnancy updates.
