I'm 18 weeks and feeling consistently rough. No amount of sleep restores me; I've tried being more active, taking it easy, eating properly and all sorts.
I don't mind feeling tired when I can actually rest but working a full week is really hard. I work a desk job with a few odd days on my feet, no huge commute and fairly flexible in how I manage my time. Despite all this, I'm still really struggling. I actually fell asleep on the loo the other day 
I don't have much holiday left and don't want to get signed off unless I really have to. I do think that a solid week or two to recuperate would do the world of good though.
How have others in this situation found some relief?
