Hello all im currently 26 weeks pregnant and to try an keep control of my weight high Bmi already I've been using a treadmill only to walk on mind. 25 minutes is the most I've done but when ever I get off I feel all weird like I've been on a roundabout a bit whirly and dizzy 😵. What am I doing wrong ive never gotten out of breath I'm drinking whilst on it and I'm making sure I can talk so I don't think I'm over doing it. Anyone have any ideas
