A consultant at hospital gave me what he referred to as a 'good sweep' around 24 hours ago. I was 1cm dilated. Since I woke up this morning I've been having lots of discharge, pink and mixed with blood. Is this just expected after a stretch or could this be a sign that I'm going to go into labour soon? I've also had constant period style cramps in my tummy and back since it happened.
