Fatigue 11 weeks

Has anyone had severe fatigue during first trimester? I’m starting to think it’s just me in general. I’ve always been suffering from fatigue and had several tests and no outcome other than a low but borderline normal b12 level. I started paying for injections and felt I was beginning to feel the benefit. Now I’m pregnant I’m not allowed the injections and this weekend especially I have been feeling so exhausted to the point I’m also feeling a little depressed. I have 2dc (9 and 1) DH works away so I am on my own a lot and work part time. I don’t want to do anything. I just want to cry I feel so down tired and generally rubbish along with the constant feeling of nausea. I feel like such a rubbish mum because I haven’t done much with the dc this weekend or even during the week after school and work.

18 weeks and exactly the same. It would be fine if I could give in to it! Working full time is really hard at the moment.
